Southern Vietnam Maritime Safety Corporation would like to inform: The new establishment of buoys “0”, “1”, “2”, “5”, “7” for fairway Con Son – Con Dao with characteristics are as follows:

- Shape: tower;
- Color: Vertically alternating white and red stripe;
- Top mark: A red sphere;
- Number: “0”, in black;
- By night:
– Light characteristic: white light, flashing according to Morse code letter “A”, every5.0s;
– Luminous range: 2 NM.
- Buoy “1”, “5”, “7”:
- Function: Indicating limited fairway to the right, vessels allowed to navigate in the left part of buoy;
- By Day:
- Diameter: 4 m;
- Shape: tower;
- Color: green;
- Top mark: A green cone, apex upward;
- Number: “1”, “5”, “7”, in white;
- By night:
- Light characteristic: green light, single flasing, every3.0s;
- - Luminous range: 2 NM.
- Buoy “2”:
- Function: Indicating limited fairway to the left, vessels allowed to navigate in the right part of buoy;
- Daytime identities:
- Diameter: 4 m;
- Shape: tower;
- Color: red;
- Top mark: A red cylindrical;
- Number: “2”, in white;
- By night:
- Light characteristic: red light, single flasing, every3.0s;
