VMS-South would like to inform that: New establishment of special buoys for collecting wind and tide data by floating buoys (FLIDAR), Thang Long Wind wind power project, off Ke Ga cape, Binh Thuan province with characteristics as follows:

NAVIGATION GUIDANCE:
All means navigating on Binh Thuan waters, pay attention to buoys with characteristics mentioned above, ensure a safe distance, keep watching, keep smoothly communication, Pay attention to comply with appointment of Maritime Administration of Binh Thuan for maritime safety.
