VMS-South would like to inform that new establishment of special buoys entry of PetroMekong Petroleum Port with detail charateristics as follows:
- The position for establishment of special buoys: Can Tho City waters.

- Topmark: Single green coin, point upward;
- Number sign: “1”, in white;

- Light characteristics: Green light, Fl () every 3,0s;
- Lighting scope: 3600;
- Focal plane height: 4,2 m from topmark to water surface;
- Luminous range: 1,5 NM with Atmospheric Transmittance T = 0,74.
NAVIGATION GUIDANCE
All means navigating on the special fairway for ships entry and exit of Petromekong Petroleum port, pay attention to characteristics of special buoys mentioned above, following the guidance of the Notice to Mariners and absolutely comply with Maritime Administration of Can Tho.
