VMS-South would like to inform that establishment of buoys “TH” control the position of the Thai Ha 19 ship that ran aground in the waters of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province with the following characteristics:
- Vị trí: Vùng biển tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu

- Color: Black with a horizontal red stripe in the middle;
- Top-mark: Two black spheres placed consecutively vertically;
- Code: letter “TH”, white;
- Overall height 5.62 m;
- Night time:
- Light characteristics: white light, group flashing 2, every 5,0s;
- Light range: 3600;
- Light center height 4.80 m;
- Light effective range: 2.5 NM with optical transmittance of atmosphere T = 0.74
