Fairway: for tonnage large vessels into Hau river.

VMS-South would like to inform that the technical specifications of the fairway for tonnage large vessels into Hau river as follows:

Within the bottom of a fairway limited and guided by AtoN system:

1. The section of fairway has a length of 7,7 km.

• The section from buoy “0” to pair of Buoy “7”, “10” – 200 m, has a length of 6,5 km, width of the bottom of fairway 150 m.

+ The section from buoy “0” to Buoy “2” + 300 m, about 1.64 km in length, 6,5 m in depth.

+ The section from buoy “2” + 300 m to Buoy “8” + 270 m, about 3.96 km in length, 5.0 m deep in the center of fairway.

2. The channel section of Tat fairway has a length of 8.7 km.

• The section from Beacon “9” + 30 m to Beacon “11” + 850 m, about 2.31 km in length, within the area of ​​fairway bottom with a width of 70 m, a depth of 7.3 m; within fairway bottom with a width of 85 m, a depth of 5.2 m, close to the right edge of fairway.
• The section from Beacon “11” + 1010 m to Beacon “13” – 90 m, length is about 610 m, the range of the bottom of fairway is 70 m wide and 7,7 m deep; within fairway bottom with a width of 85 m, a depth of 6,2 m, close to the right edge of fairway.
• The section from Beacon “13” + 70 m to Beacon “15” + 480 m, about 2.1 km in length, within the area of ​​fairway bottom with a width of 70 m, a depth of 7.0 m; within fairway bottom with a width of 85 m, a depth of 5.0 m, close to the left fairway edge.
• The section from Beacon “17” – 130 m to Beacon “17” + 530 m, length is about 660 m, within the bottom of fairway with a width of 70 m, a depth point of 6,0 m appears at a position with a depth of 6,0 m. coordinates are as follows:

+ In addition to the point of depth mentioned above, at this fairway, the depth reaches 6.8 m.

• Section from Beacon “17” + 780 m to Beacon “19” – 800 m, about 860 m in length, within the bottom of fairway with a width of 70 m and a depth of 6,6 m; within fairway bottom with a width of 85 m, a depth of 2.1 m, close to the right edge of fairway.

3. The section of Quan Chanh Bo channel has a length of about 16,2 km.

• The section from Beacon “19” – 420m to Beacon “25”, is about 6,63 km in length, within the bottom of fairway with a width of 70 m, a depth of 5.4 m, located close to the left fairway; within the bottom of fairway with a width of 95 m and a depth of 4.9 m, close to the right edge of fairway.
• Shelter water area 1: on the right side of fairway area Beacon “19” and Beacon “24”, the width of the water area is 50 m, the length of the water area is 600 m, the depth reaches 6.7 m. stream boundary.

4. The section of Hau river fairway has a length of about 20.0 km.

• The section from buoy “46” + 370 m to Buoy “46” + 730 m, length is about 360 m, within fairway bottom is 70 m wide and 6,6 m deep; within fairway bottom with a width of 85 m, a depth of 6,0 m, located close to the right edge of fairway.
• The section from buoy “46” + 926 m to Buoy “48” – 556 m, about 60m long, 6,5 m deep.
• The section from Buoy “48” – 297 m to Buoy “48” + 40 m, length is about 337 m, within the bottom of fairway with a width of 70 m, a depth point of 6,2 m appears at the position. coordinates are as follows:

+ In addition to the above-mentioned depth point, at this fairway, the depth reaches 7.2 m.

• The section from Buoy “48” + 138 m to the section adjacent to Dinh An – Song Hau navigation fairway, about 14,54 km in length, within 70 m wide at the bottom of fairway, a depth of 6 appears 6,3 m at the location with the following coordinates:

+ In addition to the above-mentioned depth point, at this fairway, the depth reaches 6,6 m.

+ Within fairway bottom with the width of 85 m, the depth reaches 6,0 m, located close to the left fairway edge.

5. Obstacles in fairway: fish-farm bottoms appear scattered on fairway in the area from the pair of beacon “19”, “24” to pair of beacon “25”, “30”, encroaching on the farthest fairway 24 m.
