The fairway section: From AtoN buoys no.“0” to “21”.
VMS-South would like to inform that the parameters depth of Dinh An – Hau River fairway, the section from AtoN buoys no. “0” to “21” as follows:
Within range of the surveyed fairway limited and guided by AtoN system, depth determined by echo sounding 200 kHz frequency to chart datum as follows:
- The Dinh An Estuary-Sea section (Grom AtoN buoys no. “0” to “16”) 16,65 km long, 100 m wide:
- The fairway section from AtoN buoys no. “0” to “2” – 900 m, 1,0 km long, depth is 3,9 m.
- The fairway section from AtoN buoys no. “2” – 900 m to “2” + 350 m, 1,35 km long, depth is 3,0 m.
- The fairway section from AtoN buoys no. “2” + 350 m to “4” – 400 m, 1,1 km long, depth is 3,8 m.
- The fairway section from AtoN buoys no. “4” – 400 m to “6” – 330 m, 2,2 km long, depth is 3,3 m.
- The fairway section from AtoN buoys no. “6” – 330 m to “12” + 280 m, 5,9 km long, depth is 3,9 m.
- The fairway section from AtoN buoys no. “12” + 280 m to “16”, 5,1 km long, depth is 4,9 m.
- The fairway section from AtoN buoys no.“16” to “21”, 13,4 km long, 200 m wide:
– Depth of this fairway section is 4,9 m on close the starboard hand side of the fairway, depth at the fairway center is 5,3 m.

All vessels navigating on Dinh An – Hau River fairway, the fairway section from AtoN buoys no.“0” to “21”, based on the Notice to Mariners, the sounding charts, and AtoN system for maritime safety. And absolutely comply with the appointment of Maritime Administration of Can Tho./.
