Depth of waters on Quy Nhon fairway

Fairway: Quy Nhon.
VMS-South would like to inform thatDepth of waters on Quy Nhon dairway:
- Within surveyed bottom of Quy Nhon fairway with the width is 110 m, length is 6,3 km:
- Section from buoy “0” to buoy “4” + 240 m, with the length is 2,2 km, the depth is 10,0 m, the depth of center fairway is 10,5 m.
- Section from buoy “4” + 240 m to buoy “6” – 110 m, with the length is 1,2 km, the depth is 9,2 m close to border of fairway, the depth of center fairway is 9,9 m.
- Section from buoy “6” – 110 m to buoy “8” + 120 m, with the length is 700 m, the depth is 10,0 m close to left of fairway, the depth of center fairway is 10,5 m.
– Section from buoy “8” + 120 m to turning basin, with the length is 2,2 km, the smallest depth is 10,3 m close to left of fairway, the depth of center fairway is 11,5 m.
- Within surveyed waters at turning basin that is limited by circle D = 300 m:

- The depth is determined by a 200kHz-frequency reverb to from Datum Chart is 9,5 m.
- Within surveyed waters into Dam Thi Nai anchorage area is 80 m wide, 2.6 km long. From the upstream of the quay (at the water area in front of Pier 4 – Quy Nhon Wharf) to the end of the Dam Thi anchorage area. Nai (in the area of Hon Thap), in which the channel from upstream of wharf No. 1 – Quy Nhon wharf to the islet area is used in common with the water area where the ship anchorages are arranged and is divided into 02 paths. The entrance and exit are located symmetrically on both sides of the anchor points’ axis:

Note: The fish farmers appear on Section from buoy “16” to area Hon Thap.

All means navigating on Quy Nhon fairway, pay attention to special buoy mentioned above, navigating far from AtoN marks above, keep watching, keep commination smoothly and absolutely comply with Vietnam Maritime Administration of Quy Nhon.
