Depth of Sai Gon-Vung Tau fairway

Southern Vietnam Maritime Safety Corporation would like to inform:
On surveyed fairway is 150m in width (except Ganh Rai Bay section, from buoys “8”, “9” Vung Tau – Thi Vai fairway to buoy “1” Sai Gon – Vung tau fairway, is 400m) limited and guided by AtoN system, depth by meter to Chart Datum as follows::
- Section from buoys “8”, “9” of Vung Tau-Thi Vai fairway to Nuoc Van cape showed on sounding chart signed from no. SGVT_1603_01 to no. SGVT_1603_05, depth is 8.5m and over
- Section from Nuoc Van cape to Den Do cape showed on sounding chart signed from no. SGVT_1603_05 to no. SGVT_1603_19, depth is 8.5m and over
- Sai Gon river Section showed on sounding chart signed from no. SGVT_1603_19 to no. SGVT_1603_21, depth is 8.5m and over
- VQ.01 and VQ.02 turning basins:
- VQ.01 turning basin: Within range of designed semi-circle having diameter D=340m at area in front of Sai Gon Port limited on sounding chart signed no. SGVT_1603_21, depth is 8.5m and over
- VQ.02 turning basin: Within range of designed semi-circle having diameter D= 480m at area opposite Te canal showed on sounding chart signed no. SGVT_1603_21, depth is 8.5m and over
NAVIGATION GUIDANCE:
All means navigating on Sai Gon-Vung Tau fairway have to follow AtoN system for maritime safety.
