Section: From Buoy “0” to upstream of Saigon Central Container port (SPCT).
VMS-South would like to inform that:
Within the surveys of Soai Rap fairway, from buoy “0” to the upstream Container Saigon Central port (SPCT), is limited, depth in meters to Chart Datum as follows:
- The fairway from buoy number “0” to pair Buoy “15”, “16”, length 17,9km, bottom range wide fairway designed 160m:
- Strip the left shallow fairway extending from upstream buoy number “4” + 1180m to downstream float number “6” – 720m, 740m in length, 73m furthest fairway encroachment, depth in meters to Chart Datum of 8.3 m close border flows.
- Bands shallow fairway barrier extends from the downstream float number “6” – 720m to the downstream float number “6” – 175m, 545m in length, depth in meters to Chart Datum of 8,9m flow between the heart, depth in meters to Chart Datum 8.5 m adjacent to the left edge of the fairway.
- Strip land located right downstream flow extends from Buoy “5” – 360m to the downstream float number “7” – 300 m, a length of about 1.2km, 118m furthest fairway encroachment, depth in meters to Chart Datum of 4.6 m, near the border flow, a flow margin of about 9,2m.
- Existence of shallow at the position coordinates as follows:

- Bands shallow barrier extends from upstream of buoy “12” + 1500M to float buoys “15”, “16”, length 3.5 km, depth in meters to Chart Datum in the middle of the heart flows 8, 4m, minimum depth in shallow strip reach 8,2m.
- In addition to the terrestrial and shallow strip above is from 9.5m depth or more.
- The flow from pair of buoy “15″, “16” “to upstream Saigon Central Container port (SPCT), length 39,7km, range maritime fairway designed bottom width of 120m:
- Bands shallow fairway barrier extends from pair of buoy “15″, “16” to upstream Buoy “27” + 930m, approximately 15.9 km in length, depth in meters to Chart Datum of 8,1m flow between the heart, the shallow depth reaches the smallest in the range 7,0m.
- Bands shallow barrier extends from upstream of buoy “29” + 145m downstream to buoy “37” – 550 meters, a length of about 8,4km, depth in meters to Chart Datum in shallow strip reaches 6.2 m.
- Strip the left shallow fairway extending from upstream Buoy “51” + 400m downstream to buoy “60” – 480m, 300m in length, 37m furthest fairway encroachment, depth in meters to Chart Datum of 9,2m close border flows.
- Existence of shallow at the position coordinates as follows:
