Southern Vietnam Maritime Safety Corporation would like to inform: within the surveyed Zone 2 of Vung Tau-Thi Vai fairway ( the section from the downstream of buoy “15” -1200m to the upstream of buoy “19” +530m) is 5.3km in length, 200m in width, the depth to Chart Datum as follows:

– The shallow section is on the port side from the downstream of buoy “15” -1167m to the upstream of buoy “16” +343m, is 1700m in length, the farthest point encroaches 60m on fairway, the smallest depth is 12.1m, near fairway’s edge
– The shallow section is on the starboard of the downstream of buoy “15”-670m to the downstream of buoy “15”-70m, is 600m in length, the farthest point encroaches 46m on fairway, the smallest depth is 12.3m, near fairway’s edge.
– The shallow section is on the starboard of buoy “15” to the upstream of buoy “15” +875m, is 875m in length, the farthest point enchroaches 55m on fairway, the smallest depth is 12.4m, near fairway’s edge.
– The shallow section is on the starboard of buoy “17” +275m to the upstream of buoy “17” +430m. is 155m in length, the farthest point encroaches 50m on fairway, the smallest depth is 12.5m, near fairway’s edge.
- In addition to above shallow points, shallow sections, the depth is 13m and over.
