Fairway: An Thoi.
VMS-South would like to inform that the parameters depth of An Thoi fairway with the following details:
Within range of surveyed An Thoi fairway route limited and guided by AtoN system, depth determined by echo sounding 200 kHz frequency to chart datum as follows:
- The fairway section from AtoN buoys no. “1”, “2” to the hydroelectric power plant area in front of An Thoi wharf is 690 m wide, the least fairway’s bottom is 50 m wide, depth is 3,9 m on close the quay’s edge.
- The turning basin area in the locate of the hydroelectric power plant area in front of An Thoi wharf limited by circle has a diameter of D = 180 m, the center in the position with coordinates as follows:

- Depth is 6,6 m.
- Appears some moving fishing stakles in the hydroelectric power plant quay area (outside) and the turning basin (on the starboard hand side), the furthest point encroaches 75 m on fairway.

All vessels navigating on An Thoi fairway are based on the Notice to Mariners, and AtoN system. Pay attention to moving fishing stakles mentioned above and absolutely comply with the appointment of Maritime Administration of Kien Giang./.
