The sunken obstruction in Quy Nhon fairway

VMS-South would like to inform that:
Detecting sunken obstruction (about 0.6m in height, 6.0m in length and 3.7m in width) in Quy Nhon fairway, at the right border of fairway, about 105m far from right border of fairway, about 160m far from upstream AtoN buoy “9”, at a depth to the Chart Datumm is 1.8m and outside Quy Nhon fairway, the relative coordinates as follows:
