VMS-South would like to inform that:
SEVL company ill conduct oil and gas survey at Block 125 126 in the East of Ninh Thuan and Khanh Hoa provinces, as follow:
- The oil and gas survey area in Block 125 126 is limited by the points with the following coordinates:

– Ship protection: Van Hoa 713, Van Hoa 785 and Van Hoa 791.
Tàu ELSA REGENT sẽ di chuyển liên tục với tốc độ không đổi, khoảng 4-5 hải lý/giờ, kéo theo 01 (một) cấp địa chấn hiệu điện thế cao chiều dài 10km, chiều dưới mặt nước từ 0m đến 15m, bị hạn chế khi xoay trở và không thể dừng lại khi đang hoạt động. Cuối sợi cáp có phao nổi màu vàng có đèn hiệu nhấp nháy.
The vessel ELSA REGENT will navigate continuously with a constant speed, about 4-5 NM/hour, dragging 01 seismic level of high voltage signal length of 10km, the underwater dimension from 0m to 15m, being limited when turning and unable to stop while operating. At the end of the cable there is a yellow floating buoy with blinking beacon.
Time: Expected from April 11, 2019 to around June 2, 2019.
NAVIGATION GUIDANCE:
All vessels navigating in and out of Vietnam should pay attention to travel away from the ELSA REGENT survey vessel with the above-mentioned identification characteristics and away from the above-mentioned areas to ensure navigation safety and keep approx. How the survey fleet looks like:
– At the beginning of seismic survey vessel (ELSA REGENT) at least 03 NM;
– At least three nautical miles from seismic survey ships (ELSA REGENT);
– The tail of seismic survey ship (ELSA REGENT) at least 07 NM.
