VMS-South would like to inform that:
At 08:10 am, date 21/02/2020 barge VL – 11311 was sunken in downstream of buoy “65” Soài Rạp fairway (on right and out of fairwayi – Tắc Sông Chà), distance of right fairway about 300m:

NAVIGATION GUIDANCE:
- All means navigating on Soài Rạp fairway should keep clear of the position of the sunken barge mentioned above, pay attention to reducing speed, enhance lookouts, and absolutely comply with the Administration of Hồ Chí Minh for maritime safety.
