2- Change characteristics of buoys as follows:
2.1. Changing buoy “4” from port hand mark to preferred channel to starboard as follows:
- Colour: red with one broad green horizontal band.
- Buoy name: white number “4” in green.
- Light characters: Red light, composite group flashing (2+1), 10 sec-period.
2.2. Changing buoy “6” from preferred channel to starboard to port hand mark as follows:
- Colour: red.
- Buoy name: white number “12” in red.
- Light characters: Red light, single flashing, 03 sec-period.
2.3. Changing buoy “12” from preferred channel to starboard to port hand mark as follows:
- Colour: red.
- Buoy name: white number “6” in red.
- Light characters: Red light, single flashing, 03 sec-period.
Note: Other characteristics of these above buoys are unchanged.
NAVIGATION GUIDANCE:
- All vessels navigating on Dinh An – Can Tho should notice these above changes and follow AtoNs system for maritime safety.
