VMS-South would like to inform that changes of Phuoc Mai lighthouse’s characteristics operation, located in Binh Dinh with the following details:

- Function: The Estuary Sea lighthouse for vessels navigating on Binh Dinh Sea waters, entry and exit of Quy Nhon Port Bay.
