VMS-South would like to inform that New establishment of special buoys for the construction of offshore wind measurement station in the survey area of Dong Hai 3 Wind Power Plant with charateristics as follows:
- The position for new establishment of special buoy: in the waters of Dong Hai Commune, Duyen Hai District, Tra vinh Province.
