VMS-South would like to inform that:
Within surveyed in Soai Rap fairway, is limited and guided by AtoN, depth in meters to Chart Datum:
- Section fairway from buoy “0” to pair of buoys “15”, “16”, 17,9km in length, 160m in width of bottom:
- Shallow is on left of fairway from upstream of buoy “4” + 910m to downstream of buoy “6” – 200m, 1,5km in length, distance of fairway 88m, depth in meters to Chart Datum in central is 9,2m, depth in meters to Chart Datum is 7,0m.
- Shallow is on right of fairway from downstream of buoy “5” – 1040m to downstream of buoy “5” – 360m, distance of fairway 680m, furthest of fairway 23m, depth in meters to Chart Datum is 8,5m.
- Shallow is on right of fairway from downstream of buoy “5” – 360m to downstream of buoy “5” + 840m, 1,2km in length, furthest of fairway 130m, depth in meters to Chart Datum in central is 9,1m, depth in meters to Chart Datum is 3,8m, distance of fairway 1,1m.
- Apearing shallow point is 9,3m; 9,2m; 9,1m; 9,4m at coordinates:

- Shallow crosses fairway from downstream of buoys “13”, “14” – 770m to upstream of buoys “13”, “14” + 790m, 1,56km in length, depth in meters to Chart Datum in central is 8,0m, depth in meters to Chart Datum is 7,9m.
- Shallow crosses fairway from upstream of buoys “13”, “14” + 790m to buoys “15”, “16”, 1,72km in length, depth in meters to Chart Datum in central is 7,1m, depth in meters to Chart Datum is 7,0m.
Excepting shallows above, depth in meters to Chart Datum is over 9,5m.
- Section fairway from buoy “15”, “16” ” to upstream of Container Sài Gòn Center port (SPCT), 39,7km in length, 120m in width of bottom:
- Shallow crosses fairway from buoys “15”, “16” to buoys “21”, “22”, 7,9km in length, depth in meters to Chart Datum in central is 6,5m, depth in meters to Chart Datum is 6,4m.
- Shallow crosses fairway from buoys “21”, “22” to upstream of buoys “27” + 600m, 7,7km in length, depth in meters to Chart Datum in central is 8,0m, depth in meters to Chart Datum is 7,4m.
- Shallow crosses fairway from upstream of buoy “29” + 230m to downstream of buoy “37” – 520m, 8,4km in length, depth in meters to Chart Datum in central is 7,4m, depth in meters to Chart Datum is 6,0m.
- Shallow crosses fairway from upstream of buoy “51” + 270m to buoy “60”, 970m in length, depth in meters to Chart Datum in central is 8,9m, depth in meters to Chart Datum is 8,6m.
- Apearing shallow point is 9,3m at coordinates:

- Section fairway from upstream of Container Sài Gòn Center (SPCT) port to upstream of Hiệp Phước New-port, 1,9km in length, 120m in width, depth in meters to Chart Datum in central is 8,1m, depth in meters to Chart Datum is 7,7m.
- Section fairway from upstream of Hiệp Phước New-port to crossroads Bình Khánh (between Soài Rạp and Nhà Bè river), 7,1m in length, 150m in width of bottom:
- Shallow crosses fairway from upstream of buoy “71” + 120m to downstream of buoy “74” – 270m, 2,5km in length, depth in meters to Chart Datum in central is 6,6m, depth in meters to Chart Datum is 6,3m.
- Shallow is on right of fairway at buoy “58” on Sài Gòn – Vũng Tàu fairway, 160m in length, furthest of fairway 120m, depth in meters to Chart Datum is 7,4m.
Excepting shallows above, depth in meters to Chart Datum is over 8,5m.

All vessels navigating on Soai Rap fairway should follow Notice to Mariners, paper chart and AtoN system to have methods of safety navigation, and absolutely comply with the Administration of Ho Chi Minh city for maritime safety.
