Parameters depth of Soai Rap fairway

VMS-South would like to inform that the parameters depth of Soai Rap fairway with the following details:
Within range of surveyed fairway limited and guided by AtoN System, depth determined by Echo sounding 200 kHz Frequency to Chart Datum:
- Section from buoy no. “0” to buoys no. “15”, “16”, is 17,9 km long, 160 m wide:
- Section from buoy no. “0” to buoy no. “6” – 90 m, is 6,8 km long, depth is 7,9 m on close port side of fairway, depth at fairway center is 8,8 m.
- Depth range is on the starboard side of fairway from buoy no. “6” – 90 m to buoy no. “5” + 290 m, is 600 m long, the furthest point encroaches 12m on fairway, depth at fairway center is 9,5 m.
- Section from buoy no. “5” + 290 m to buoys no. “15”, “16”, is 10,5 km long, depth is 9,0 m; depth at fairway center is 9,8 m.
- Section from buoys no. “15”, “16” to the upstream of Saigon Center Container (SPCT) Wharf, is 39,7 km long, the width of the least bottom’s fairway is 120 m:
- Section from buoys no. “15”, “16” to buoy no. “21” – 1,1 km, is 6,9 km long, depth is 7,9 m.
- Section from buoy no. “21” – 1,1 km to buoy no. “23” – 600 m, is 3,5 km long, depth is 8,5 m.
- Section from buoy no. “23” – 600 m to buoy no. “27” + 76 m, is 4,7 km long, depth is 7,9 m.
- Section from buoy no. “27” + 76 m to buoy no. “32”, is 2,7 km long, depth is 9,6 m.
- Section from buoy no. “32” to buoy no. “33” – 340 m, is 3,6 km long, depth is 5,9 m on close to the port side of fairway; depth at fairway center is 6,5 m.
- Section from buoy no. “33” – 340 m to buoy no. “38” + 1,1 km, is 2,4 km long, depth is 8,0 m.
- Section from buoy no. “38” + 1,1 km to buoy no. “37” – 420 m, is 2,2 km long, depth is 9,0 m.
- Section from buoy no. “37” – 420 m to buoy no. “43” + 440 m, is 3,7 km long, depth is 9,5 m.
- Section from buoy no. “43” + 440 m to buoy no. “54”, is 750 m long, depth is 9,1 m.
- Section from buoy no. “54” to buoy no. “51” – 140 m, is 2,6 km long, depth is 9,5 m.
- Section from buoy no. “51” – 140 m to buoy no. “60” + 520 m, is 1,8 km long, depth is 8,0 m.
- Section from buoy no. “60” + 520 m to the downstream of Saigon Center Container (SPCT) Wharf, is 4,7 km long, depth is 9,8 m.
- Section from the downstream of Saigon Center Container (SPCT) Wharf to the upstream of Saigon Center Container (SPCT) Wharf, is 520 m, depth is 7,3 m on close to the port side of fairway; depth at fairway center is 7,6 m.
- Within range of surveyed turning basin (In front of Saigon Center Container (SPCT) Wharf) has radius (D = 500 m), depth is 10,9 m.
- Section fairway from the upstream of Saigon Center Container (SPCT) Wharf to the upstream of Tan Cang – Hiep Phuoc New Port (Saigon Newport), is 1,9 km long, the width of the least of fairway bottom is 120 m, depth is 6,9 m; depth at fairway center is 7,3 m.
- Within range of surveyed turning basin (in front of Tan Cang – Hiep Phuoc New Port (Saigon Newport)) limited by the circle with radius (D=450 m), the center O at the position with the following coordinates:

Depth is 7,0 m.
- Section fairway from the upstream of Tan Cang – Hiep Phuoc New Port (Saigon Newport) to the conjunction of Binh Khanh (between Soai Rap river and Nha Be river) is 7,1 km long, the width of the least of fairway bottom is 150 m:
- Section fairway from the upstream of Tan Cang – Hiep Phuoc New Port (Saigon Newport) to buoy no. “71”, is 2,3 km long, depth is 9,6 m.
- Section fairway from buoy no. “71” to buoy no. “74” – 180 m, is 2,7 km long, depth is 5,1 m.
- Section fairway from buoy no. “74” – 180 m to the conjunction of Bình Khánh (between Soai Rap river and Nha Be river), is 2,1 km long, depth is 6,4 m on close to the port side of fairway; depth at fairway center is 10,1 m.
